Cancellation Policy
We truly understand that sometimes things come up last minute, but any appointments cancelled/no showed will forfeit their deposit amount, unless you reach out to me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. No exceptions. Repeat No Calls or Cancellations will result in a booking ban. This policy is in place to ensure our time is valued as much as yours! Thank you.
